1. Weigh in is at the same time, same place once a week. I was thinking Saturday mornings at 8am. It’s early but that’s good because we will hopefully weigh less and it won’t interfere with Saturday activities because it’ll take 5 minutes!
2. The first weigh in will be on Dec 31 at 8 am.
3. There is a $10.00 registration fee which “MUST” be paid during your first weigh in.
4. You can Join at any time during the first three weeks (but it will be harder to win)
5. All monies owing to the pot should be paid during the time of weigh in or prior to weigh in. (So if you have had a bad week be prepared to break out the spare change)
6. There will be a penalty fee of $1 applied if your weigh stays the same.
7. There will be a penalty fee of $1 if you miss weighing in.
8. There will be a penalty fee of $1 for every pound gained. Or someone mentioned doing just a $2 fee if you gain any weight, this would be great motivation.
9. The winner will be the person who loses the largest percentage of body weight. They will receive the pot of money! Or we could do the top two and split it? Whatever we decide.
Thanks! Hopefully this all makes sense and we can go over stuff if you guys want to including the time frame. I was thinking 12 weeks would be a good time frame to get some weight off but not too long that we get bored?? Let me know we can go shorter like 6-9 weeks too.
